The title of the album is written in a plain font, but it is all in capitals and the colour white, making it stand out.
The advertisement says ‘INCLUDES THE NEW SINGLE LOVERBOY’ – If this single has already been released then people may know it well or even just heard it, encouraging them to buy the album.
The release date is in bold, large letters to catch the audiences attention, so they know exactly when the CD is released. The name of the band, 'You Me At Six' is also in large, bold letters so that people who are already fans can easily see that this is their new album.
The whole advert is in black and white, showing merely the torso of a person and their hands, as they hold a sign with the band’s name and the title of the new album. The persons nails are painted, but the rest of the body looks quite masculine – this suggests a cross gender person, or perhaps that the gender of the person is not at all important, all that you should care about is the sign they are holding which contains the name of the album.
